The Gilera RTX 125 was a liquid-cooled, two-stroke, single cylinder, reed valve Enduro motorcycle produced by Gilera in 1986. Max torque was 10.33 ft/lbs (14.0 Nm) @ 10500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 24.0 HP (17.9 KW) @ 9250 RPM.

Engine

A 55.9mm bore x 55.9mm stroke result in a displacement of just 124.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive

The bike has a 6-speed, manual transmission.

Chassis

It came with a 2.75-21 front tire and a 4.10-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single 220mm disc in the front and a 140mm drum in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a monoshock.

The 1986 MY Gilera RTX 125 has, at its heart, a two-stroke, liquid-cooled, single cylinder powerplant that was paired to a six-speed manual transmission with a chain final drive, and can reach a maximum power output of 24 horsepower and 14 Nm of torque.

It also comes with features such as a square headlight with protection grille, a dual seat with passenger grab rails, a small luggage rack in the rear, an under-seat exhaust system, laced wheels, an engine mudguard, a small windscreen, a telescopic front fork coupled to a rear monoshock, plus a front disc brake and a drum brake in the rear.
