The Harley-Davidson Road Glide Special was a v2, four-stroke touring motorcycle produced between 1998 and 2019. It could reach a top speed of 96 mph (155 km/h). Max torque was 122.0 ft/lbs (165.4 Nm) @ 3000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 87.17 HP (65.0 KW) @ 5450 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a oil & air cooled v2, four-stroke. A 102.0mm bore x 114.3mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1868.0 cubic centimeters. The engine featured a 10.5:1 compression ratio. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. The final drive was via belt. Power was moderated via the multi-plate with diaphragm spring in oil bath.

Chassis

It came with a 130/60-b19 front tire and a 180/55-b18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. abs. 4-piston in the front and a single disc. abs. 4-piston in the rear.
