The Harley-Davidson FXB1340 Sturgis was a v2, four-stroke standard produced by Harley-Davidson between 1980 and 1982. It could reach a top speed of 106 mph (170 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 65.58 HP (48.9 KW) @ 5800 RPM.

The engine was a air cooled v2, four-stroke. A 88.8mm bore x 108.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1337.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead valves (ohv).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 4-speed transmission.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a mj 90-19 front tire and a mt 90-16 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The FXB1340 Sturgis was fitted with a 4.09 Gallon (15.50 Liters) fuel tank.
