It came with a 80/90-21 54H front tire and a 180/60B17 75V rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single 300mm disc, 4-piston caliper in the front and a single 292mm, 2-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a dual shocks. The wheelbase was 68.31 inches (1735 mm) long.

The 2008 MY Harley Davidson FXDWG ANV 105th Anniversary Dyna Wide Glide sports an air-cooled, 1584cc, Twin Cam 96 powerplant paired to a six-speed manual transmission with a Cruise drive technology, and can produce 125 Nm of torque at 3000 rpm. This machine has been designed to mark 105 years of Harley Davidson motorcycle production, and boasts a special, one-of-a-king paint and graphic scheme.
Standard features include a black powder-coat finish to the engine and chrome covers, new, braided brake lines, a chrome, staggered shorty dual exhaust, chrome, aluminum-profile, laced wheels, a bobtail rear fender, a stylized battery cover, 105th Anniversary badging, forward-mounted foot controls, plus a two-up seat with copper-vinyl insert.
