The Highland 750 V2 DESERT X was a V2, four-stroke, liquid cooled Trial motorcycle produced by Highland in 2006. Max torque was 61.96 ft/lbs (84.0 Nm) @ 5000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 85.02 HP (63.4 KW) @ 6000 RPM.

A 94.0mm bore x 94.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 750.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi plate.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 110/80-19 front tire and a 150/70-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single disc 310 mm in the front and a Single disc 320 mm in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a PDS, adjustable. The 750 V2 DESERT X was fitted with a 1.06 Gallon (4.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 59.29 inches (1506 mm) long.
