A 50.8mm bore x 50.8mm stroke result in a displacement of just 98.0 cubic centimeters.

The bike has a 5-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-plate.

ChassisEdit

It came with a 3.00-19 front tire and a 3.25-18 rear tire. The front suspension was a Progressive rate, oil dampened while the rear was equipped with a Adjustable shock absorbers. The SUPER RAT was fitted with a 0.53 Gallon (2.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 50.0 inches (1270 mm) long.

The two-stroke Hodaka Super Rat 100MX was an air-cooled 100cc growling little monster of a dirt bike that was based on the Super Combat 125MX. The Super Rat is the best-known and most-beloved Hodaka shouldn’t be a surprise.
