The engine was a Air cooled cooled Four stroke, single cylinder, SOHC, 4 valve. The engine featured a 9.2:1 compression ratio.
Drive[edit | edit source]
Power was moderated via the Wet multi-plate coil spring.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 90/90 -18 front tire and a 110/90 -18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single 256mm disc in the front and a 138mm Drum in the rear. The front suspension was a 35 mm telescopic forks while the rear was equipped with a Dual shocks with adjustable pre-load. The GB400TT Clubman Tourist Trophy Special was fitted with a 20 Liters / 5.3 US gal fuel tank. The bike weighed just 157 kg / 346 lbs.

The GB500/400's engine was based on the Honda XL600 engine, a four-stroke .
