The Honda Lead EX was a single cylinder, four-stroke scooter produced by Honda between 2008 and 2015. Max torque was 6.86 ft/lbs (9.3 Nm) @ 6250 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 8.85 HP (6.6 KW) @ 7500 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 50.0mm bore x 55.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 107.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

Drive

The bike has a automatic transmission. Power was moderated via the automatic; centrifugal.

Chassis

It came with a 90/90-12 front tire and a 100/90-10 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. combined dual-piston calliper, drilled rotor and resin mould pads in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a 33mm telescopic fork, 80mm axle travel while the rear was equipped with a single-damper unit swingarm, 70mm axle travel. The Lead EX was fitted with a 1.72 Gallon (6.50 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 251.33 pounds (114.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 50.2 inches (1275 mm) long.
