It came with a 120/70ZR-18 front tire and a 170/60ZR-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Dual full-floating 310mm discs with CBS three-piston calipers with ABS in the front and a Single 316mm disc with CBS three-piston caliper with ABS in the rear. The front suspension was a 45 mm HMAS cartridge fork; 4.6-inch travel while the rear was equipped with a HMAS gas-charged single shock with five-position spring preload adjustability; 4.8 inches travel. The wheelbase was 58.7 inches (1491 mm) long.
2009 Honda ST1300PEdit
The Honda ST1300P can be seen all over the world, though not everybody will be thrilled to see it, as we're speaking about a police-spec bike. Small wonder seeing so many law enforcement agencies choosing the ST1300 as their bike of choice. Even without the police-spec gadgets, the 2008 ST1300P is still a wonderful sport-touring machine, with Gold Wing-inspired comfort and sportbike-derived engine and feel.
The V4 engine delivers impressive power for pretty much any riding scenario, from smoothly slicing the busy city to high-speed highway hauls. Solo or with a passenger and carrying loads of luggage, this bike remains equally nimble and fun to ride.

Ready for long-distance touring and still comfy after long hours spent in the saddle, the 2010 Honda ST1300P carries on the features which made so many riders love it.
The police-spec bike comes with even more goodies: a 3-position adjustable seat, a special patrol speedometer with 2mph increments above 10 mph, multi-function handlebar switches, antenna and radio mount, tough engine guards and many more. On the tech side, the ST1300 retains the mighty 1261cc injected V4, the low-maintenance shaft drive and all the features of the family.
