The '''[[Honda]] Interceptor 500''', designated VF500F'84 (VF500FL'84 in California), was sold in 1984. Two color schemes were available: Candy Alamoana Red with Black and Shasta White, and Candy Aleutian Blue with Fighting Red and Shasta White. The wheels were machined finish with black spokes. The seat and front legs were black. The front fender was white. The 4-into-2 exhaust system was black chrome. The California serial number began JH2PC1217EM000005 while the rest of the United States models began JH2PC1206EM000018.
