The Honda VT800C is a motorcycle produced by Honda in 1988.
1988[edit | edit source]
The VT800'88 Shadow 800 was sold in 1988 in one of two color schemes: Black with Candy Glory Red or Candy Wineberry Red with Dry Silver Metallic. The gas tank was 2-tone. The side covers were chrome. The "SHADOW" tank decal was silver on the black bike; but it was gold on the red one. The engine was a 800cc SOHC 3-valve liquid-cooled V-2 linked to a 4-speed transmission and a shaft drive. The serial number began 1HFRC320*JA000001.
