The Honda XR200 was a single cylinder, four-stroke Trail motorcycle produced by Honda between 2002 and 2014. Max torque was 12.32 ft/lbs (16.7 Nm) @ 6500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 11.8 HP (8.8 KW) @ 8000 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 63.5mm bore x 62.2mm stroke result in a displacement of just 196.9 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead valves (ohv).

Drive

The bike had a 5-speed or 6-speed transmission.

Chassis

It came with a 2.75-21 front tire and a 4.10-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. hydraulic, ventilated in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a mono shock pro - link swing arm. The XR200 was fitted with a 2.38 Gallon (9.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 255.74 pounds (116.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 54.13 inches (1375 mm) long.

After 1985 Honda no longer produced separate XR200 and XR200R models.
