The Honda XR230 Motard was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by Honda in 2011. Max torque was 13.28 ft/lbs (18.0 Nm) @ 5500 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 65.5mm bore x 66.2mm stroke result in a displacement of just 223.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead cams (ohc).

Drive

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet, multiplate.

Chassis

It came with a 110/70-17 front tire and a 130/70-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a pro-link swing arm. The XR230 Motard was fitted with a 2.3 Gallon (8.71 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 52.76 inches (1340 mm) long.
