OverviewEdit
Husqvarna TE 250 Meo Replica
The Husqvarna TE 250 has won the world title in
the Enduro class E1, with Antoine Meo in the saddle. The championship was
dominated by the Frenchman, who won eight out of the 16 day trials. The TE 250
Meo Replica adopts all the technical modifications that have been tried, tested
and awarded laurels during the championship season. A racing bike available only
in a limited edition of 100, for an exclusive group of connoisseurs and
collectors.
The look features all the "race replica" graphic
design used by Meo - on front and rear mudguards, front fork, swing arm, reg.
plate holder and radiator guards.
The exhaust system has been designed by LeoVince,
in collaboration with the CH racing team. It is entirely made of titanium with
muffler skid plate and carbon fibre heat shield protector. In terms of
mechanics, the Kayaba forks with close cartridge, (same forks as MX Husqvarna
models) are mounted in machined-from-solid triple clamps with adjustable offset.
The aluminum footrests are also machined-from-solid, and wider, allowing
greater support surface for the foot.
The engine and chassis undercarriage are
protected by a sturdy aluminum sump guard, particularly useful in extreme
Enduro events.
The bike has numerous special features, such as the aluminum oil filler with
O-ring, fuel tank cap made of ergal, Selle Dalla Valle saddle with non-slide
upholstery, and hand guards.
