The Husqvarna WR250 was a single cylinder, two-stroke enduro / offroad motorcycle produced between 1987 and 2013. It could reach a top speed of 68 mph (110 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 16.63 HP (12.4 KW) @ 5500 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 66.4mm bore x 72.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 249.3 cubic centimeters. The engine featured a 12.5:1 compression ratio. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive

The bike has a 5-speed transmission. The final drive was via chain. Power was moderated via the multi plate, cable operation.

Chassis

It came with a 90/90-21 front tire and a 140/80-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. wave disc. in the front and a single disc. floating disc. in the rear. The front suspension was a 48mm kayaba usd while the rear was equiped with a sachs multi adjustable shock with soft damp linkage. The WR250 was fitted with a 2.51 Gallon (9.50 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 235.89 pounds (107.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 58.46 inches (1485 mm) long.
