The engine was a Oil / Air cooled Four stroke, 75° V twin, DOHC, 4 per valve cylinder.. The engine featured a 11.0:1 compression ratio.

Power was moderated via the Wet Multi-Plate.

It came with a 110/70 -17 front tire and a 150/70 -17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single 300mm disc in the front and a Single 230mm disc in the rear.
