The engine was a liquid cooled v2, four-stroke. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-plate type.
ChassisEdit
It came with a 120/90-16 front tire and a 170/80-15 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a swing arm. The GV700C was fitted with a 3.7 Gallon (14.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 496.04 pounds (225.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 66.54 inches (1690 mm) long.
