The Italjet Dragster 180 was a single cylinder, two-stroke standard produced by Italjet between 2007 and 2008. Claimed horsepower was 19.04 HP (14.2 KW) @ 8000 RPM.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 65.6mm bore x 125.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 175.8 cubic centimeters.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a automatic transmission. Power was moderated via the centrifugal-automatic.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 120/70-11 front tire and a 130/60-13 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a s.i.s. with single hydropneumatic shock absorber with adjustable spring while the rear was equipped with a single hydropneumatic shock absorber with adjustable spring. The Dragster 180 was fitted with a 2.91 Gallon (11.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 235.89 pounds (107.0 Kg).

2009 Italjet DRAGSTER 180[edit | edit source]

If you ever need proof that scooters are a fun way to travel on two wheels, give the Italjet Dragster 180 a go. A hi-tech chassis, fantastic brakes and an 85mph 180cc two stroke engine all combine to make this the fastest antidote to rush hour depression that money can buy.

The Dragster demonstrates that when it comes to re-inventing the whole concept of a scooter, it's best left to those speed-crazy Italians.
