The KTM 450 SX-F was a single cylinder, four-stroke cross / motocross motorcycle produced between 2003 and 2019.

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 95.0mm bore x 63.4mm stroke result in a displacement of just 449.3 cubic centimeters. The engine featured a 12.5:1 compression ratio. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

DriveEdit

The bike has a 4-speed transmission. The final drive was via chain. Power was moderated via the wet, dds multi-disc clutch, brembo hydraulics.

ChassisEdit

It came with a 80/100-21 front tire and a 110/90-19 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. brake calipers on floating bearings in the front and a single disc. brake calipers on floating bearings in the rear. The front suspension was a wp-usd, aer 48, ø 48 mm while the rear was equiped with a wp shock absorber with linkage. The 450 SX-F was fitted with a 1.85 Gallon (7.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 220.46 pounds (100.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 58.46 inches (1485 mm) long.

In this version sold from year 2016, the dry weight is 107.8 kg (237.7 pounds) and it is equiped with a Single cylinder, four-stroke motor.
