This innovative new product combines the sports features of a
motorcycle with the fun, freedom & economy of a scooter.
Firmly aimed at young riders and first time bikers, the
K-Pipe promises to deliver on stylish looks, ease of use and affordability.
Plus, it innovatively combines the sports features of a motorcycle with the fun,
freedom and economy of a scooter. Style is the key word for the K-Pipe. Every
element of the bike, from the triangular structure of the body and rear forks,
to the ergonomic cut of the fuel tank and the dynamic shape of the LED rear and
vertical twin headlights, has been designed by KYMCO to make it visually stand
out in the market.Underneath all the livery, is a
cleverly designed spinal column framework made from casted alloy, which has an
overall weight of just 11.8kg. It is therefore lighter, stronger and more
responsive compared to most other sports bikes. The wheel base has also been
shortened to give extra maneuverability, and the seat lowered to make it even
easier for beginners.
The bike's mono-shock rear absorber and telescope front
forks add to the K-Pipe's maneuverability and rider comfort and stability in
high speed. Additional features include an electric and kick start and a digital
display with built-in IC processor so that the fuel gauge, clock and speedometer
are easy to read at a glance. The K-Pipe is a money saver too.
It is powered by one of KYMCO's most fuel efficient 4-stroke
air cooled engines, which can achieve in well excess of 100 miles per gallon
(40kms per litre).
