==Engine==
The engine was a Forced [[air cooled]] cooled Two stroke, single cylinder. The engine featured a 7.2:1 [[compression ratio]]. 
 
==Drive==
Power was moderated via the Dry, multi-disc. 
 
==Chassis==
It came with a 120/70-12 front [[tire]] and a 130/70-12 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single 220 mm Ø disc, 2-piston caliper in the front and a Expanding drum in the rear. The front suspension was a  Hydraulic fork, Ø 33 mm while the rear was equipped with a Mono swingarm with adjustable shock absorber. The Yup50 was fitted with a 5.3 L / 1.4 US gal fuel tank. The bike weighed just 97 kg / 214 lbs. The wheelbase was 1296 mm / 51.0 in long.
