The Kawasaki EL252 Eliminator was a twin, four-stroke Road motorcycle produced by Kawasaki between 1988 and 2001. It could reach a top speed of 90 mph (145 km/h). Max torque was 14.75 ft/lbs (20.0 Nm) @ 10000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 29.37 HP (21.9 KW) @ 12000 RPM.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a liquid cooled twin, four-stroke. A 62.5mm bore x 41.2mm stroke result in a displacement of just 253.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi disc.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 100/90-s17 front tire and a 140/90-s15 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a expanding brake in the rear. The EL252 Eliminator was fitted with a 2.91 Gallon (11.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 315.26 pounds (143.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 58.66 inches (1490 mm) long.
