The Kawasaki EN500 was a twin, four-stroke Road motorcycle produced by Kawasaki between 1990 and 2002. It could reach a top speed of 90 mph (145 km/h). Max torque was 28.77 ft/lbs (39.0 Nm) @ 4200 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 45.06 HP (33.6 KW) @ 7000 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a liquid cooled twin, four-stroke. A 74.0mm bore x 58.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 499.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive

The bike has a 6-speed transmission.

Chassis

It came with a 100/90-s19 front tire and a 140/90-s15 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a expanding brake in the rear.
