Basically the F7 was a twin of the 125cc Kawasaki F6 in that they shared the same frame, lighting, instruments, seat, fenders, air filter, and engine case. It differed from the F6 in displacement and had an aluminum cylinder head, CDI ignition system, lower fender flap, and the inclusion of Hatta forks.
The noticeable changes from the Kawasaki F6 were: (a) A blue matrix fuel tank decal and "175" decal on the oil reservoir. (b) Aluminum cylinder head. (c) CDI ignition system. (d) Hatta adjustable fork.
