The Kawasaki GPZ250 Belt Drive was a twin, four-stroke standard produced by Kawasaki in 1983. It could reach a top speed of 80 mph (128 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 16.63 HP (12.4 KW) @ 8000 RPM.

The engine was a air cooled twin, four-stroke. A 55.0mm bore x 52.4mm stroke result in a displacement of just 249.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead cams (ohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-speed transmission.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 90/90-18 front tire and a 110/80-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual disc in the front and a expanding brake in the rear. The GPZ250 Belt Drive was fitted with a 4.49 Gallon (17.00 Liters) fuel tank.
