The '''[[Kawasaki]] KLX110''' was a single cylinder, [[four-stroke]] Enduro [[motorcycle]] produced by [[Kawasaki]] between 2004 and 2019. Max [[torque]] was 5.9 ft/lbs (8.0 Nm) @ 4000 RPM. Claimed [[horsepower]] was 7.11 HP (5.3 KW) @ 7500 RPM.  

==Engine==
The engine was a [[air cooled]] single cylinder, four-stroke. A 53.0mm [[bore]] x 50.6mm [[stroke]] result in a [[displacement]] of just 112.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).  

==Drive==
The bike has a 4-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet Multi-disc.  

==Chassis==
It came with a 2.50-14 front [[tire]] and a 3.00-12 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via expanding brake (drum brake) in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a  30mm hydraulic telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a swingarm with single hydraulic shock. The KLX110 was fitted with a 1.0 Gallon (3.79 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 141.1 pounds (64.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 42.28 inches (1074 mm) long.

The 2003 Kawasaki KLX110 is a small-displacement bike for teaching the basics of dirt and motocross racing to kids. The 4-stroke engine is not as powerful and nervous like the 2-stroke ones and this helps children to build up confidence fast and learn how to ride better.

The small dimensions of the 2003 KLX110 provide easy handling and the lightweight steel frame provides the much need sturdiness for fast precise turns. A racing-inspired color scheme makes the bike look as good as is performs.

Designed with children in mind, the 2005 KLX110 is a nifty starter motocross bike. Despite it's 111cc displacement, this bike is not as powerful as some kids might fear: the 4-stroke engine provides enough punch for a thrilling ride and will move the bike quite fast across rough terrain, but it will lack the aggressiveness of the 2-stroke power unit, inspiring a more relaxed and an overall smoother ride.

The 3-speed centrifugal transmission means less clutch-work and an easier operation, so the bike will be less puzzling for the new riders, allowing a smoother learning curve and yet not being that easy to outperform.

The 2010 Kawasaki KLX110 retains the nee character of the previous year model: a slightly increased displacement, the additional 4th gear and the revise engine tuning. Even though the 2010 Kawasaki KLX110 is a bike crated for children, there was no need to make it a poor one, therefore a careful valve timing trim allowed better power deployment throughout the whole rpm range, for a more thrilling ride.

The 2014 MY Kawasaki KLX110 is a fun bike for children of all ages. The bike sports a 111cc four-stroke engine paired to a four-speed semi-automatic transmission driven by a centrifugal clutch. This makes it ideal for novice riders, letting them focus more on riding and less on shifting.

The 2015 MY Kawasaki KLX110 is a small displacement dirt bike that can be enjoyed by both younger and older riders alike. The 26.8" seat height means that any rider older than eight can get behind the bars of this four-stroke 111cc two-wheeler.

The bike has a four-speed automatic transmission with a centrifugal clutch, which means that more inexperienced riders can learn how to shift without being distracted by a manual clutch lever.

Another feature on this bike is the push-button electric starting, which for safety reasons will only work when the bike is in neutral.

The 2017 KLX 110 is powered by a 112cc, 4-Stroke, air-cooled, SOHC (OHC), single cylinder engine. With a cylinder bore of 2.09 in and stroke of 1.99 in, its motor is oversquare, meaning that the cylinder bore (width) is greater than the stroke (length). This makes the engine more powerful than one of similar displacement with a smaller bore. Electronic ignition makes starting your bike a breeze and ensures a consistent throttle response.
