The Laverda 1200 was a in-line three, four-stroke classic motorcycle produced between 1978 and 1979. It could reach a top speed of 127 mph (204 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 84.22 HP (62.8 KW) @ 7350 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a air cooled in-line three, four-stroke. A 80.0mm bore x 74.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1115.0 cubic centimeters. The engine featured a 8.0:1 compression ratio. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive

The bike has a 5-speed transmission. The final drive was via chain.

Chassis

It came with a 4.10-18 front tire and a 4.25-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The 1200 was fitted with a 5.15 Gallon (19.50 Liters) fuel tank.
