The MV Agusta Brutale 990 R LE 150th Anniversary was a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, transverse four cylinder, DOHC, four valves per cylinder Naked motorcycle produced by MV Agusta in 2011. Max torque was 78.19 ft/lbs (106.0 Nm) @ 8000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 139.06 HP (103.7 KW) @ 10600 RPM.

Engine

A 76.2mm bore x 76.2mm stroke result in a displacement of just 998.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive

The bike has a gears transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.

Chassis

It came with a 120/70 - ZR 17 (58 W) front tire and a 190/55 - ZR 17 (75 W) rear tire. Stopping was achieved via dual 320 mm discs, 4-piston calipers in the front and a single 210 mm disc, 4-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a upside-down telescopic hydraulic fork with external and separated adjustment of rebound and compression damping and of spring preload while the rear was equipped with a progressive, single shock absorber with rebound and compression (High speed / Low speed) damping and spring preload adjustment. The wheelbase was 56.61 inches (1438 mm) long.

The 2011 MY MV Agusta Brutale 990 R LE 150th Anniversary has been created to celebrate Italy's 150th anniversary. The House of Schiranno have took a standard Brutale 990 R and fitted it with special livery to commemorate this joyous occasion. Only 150 of these historic machines are produced, and are reserved to a select few. It is available in three color schemes, white red or black, and each machine comes with a color matching dashboard cover, the tail end which now has a one-up saddle, the spoiler, and lots of 150 decals. In addition, a plate located on the upper steering brace is inscribed with the motorcycle's serial number.
