The engine was a Air cooled cooled V-twin cylinder. The engine featured a 5.6:1 compression ratio.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 3.25 x 19 in. front tire and a 3.25 x 19 in. rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 203 mm / 8 in. drum, interconnected in the front and a 203 mm / 8 in. drum, interconnected in the rear. The front suspension was a Matchless centre spring girders, finger adjustment while the rear was equipped with a Cantilever with two springs and friction dampers under saddle. The Silver Arrow was fitted with a 11.4 L / 3.0 US gal fuel tank. The wheelbase was 1422 mm / 56 in. long.
