The Moto Guzzi Alce was a single cylinder, four-stroke allround motorcycle produced between 1939 and 1945. It could reach a top speed of 56 mph (90 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 12.87 HP (9.6 KW) @ 4000 RPM.

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 82.0mm bore x 88.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 500.0 cubic centimeters. The engine featured a 4.7:1 compression ratio.

The final drive was via chain.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
Stopping was achieved via expanding brake (drum brake) in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The Alce was fitted with a 3.57 Gallon (13.50 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 394.63 pounds (179.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 57.28 inches (1455 mm) long.
