Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a air cooled v2, four-stroke. A 92.0mm bore x 80.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1151.0 cubic centimeters. The engine featured a 9.8:1 compression ratio. Fuel was supplied via a overhead valves (ohv).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. The final drive was via shaft drive (cardan). Power was moderated via the double disk, dry.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 120/70-zr17 front tire and a 180/55-zr17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. 4 piston caliper in the front and a single disc. 2 piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic hydraulic fork with 45 mm, preload adjustable while the rear was equiped with a single arm suspension progressive linkage, rear shock absorber adjustable in rebound ad pre-load (hydraulic).. The Breva 1200 was fitted with a 6.08 Gallon (23.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 509.27 pounds (231.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 58.86 inches (1495 mm) long.
