The NSU Prima V was a single cylinder, two-stroke scooter motorcycle produced between 1956 and 1964. It could reach a top speed of 56 mph (90 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 9.25 HP (6.9 KW) @ 5200 RPM.

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 62.0mm bore x 57.6mm stroke result in a displacement of just 175.0 cubic centimeters. The engine featured a 6.4:1 compression ratio.
