The Piaggio XEvo 400 was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by Piaggio between 2008 and 2011. It could reach a top speed of 96 mph (155 km/h). Max torque was 28.03 ft/lbs (38.0 Nm) @ 5250 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 31.51 HP (23.5 KW) @ 7250 RPM.

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 85.8mm bore x 69.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 399.0 cubic centimeters.

It came with a 120/70-14 front tire and a 140/70-14 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc in the front and a single disc in the rear.
