Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 57.0mm bore x 48.8mm stroke result in a displacement of just 124.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (SOHC).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 2.75-18 front tire and a 3.50-16 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic while the rear was equipped with a twin shock, adjustable. The GN125 was fitted with a 2.72 Gallon (10.30 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 222.67 pounds (101.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 50.39 inches (1280 mm) long.

1997 Suzuki GN 125

The 1996 Suzuki GN 125 has, at its heart, an air-cooled, four-stroke, 124cc, single cylinder powerhouse paired to a five-speed manual transmission, and can produce a claimed 11 horsepower and 10 Nm of torque.

In addition, it comes standard with laced wheels, a dual seat with passenger grab rails, a telescopic front fork, dual shocks as a rear suspension, wide handlebars, a chromed headlinght, a chromed exhaust, and a brake disc in the front coupled to a drum brake in the rear.
