After hitting the one million Gixxer milestone, Suzuki is also celebrating 50 years of motorcycle manufacturing, so a special edition of the GSX-R1000 is definitely a thing we saw coming. This limited edition machine sports a special livery which harks back to the bright, lively color schemes of the first Gixxers, and is adorned with blue anodized elements and accents.

If you saw it once it will be impossible to forget it, and this is exactly what Suzuki wanted from it. Add in a blue chain, engine covers, two-tone seat, white and blue rims, blue fork legs and caps, blue accented ignition key and air intakes and the mandatory serial number stating the bike's special nature.
