The LS 650 Savage is one of those bikes that seems forgotten by their manufacturer, returning without apparent reason year after year. They are less expensive, but also worth much less then their modern equivalents. Thanks to its very accessible ride, this one will nevertheless do the job and satisfy a beginner, at least for a while. But don't expect much more. For this reason, and since the model has proven reliable, a used one makes more sense than a new one.
