The Suzuki SP370 was the first Suzuki [[motorcycle]] with a single cylinder four-stroke engine, if you don't count the short-lived Colleda CO and COX models from the fifties. Unfortunately it had a bit too weak engine and it was a bit too expensive to become a great success. Yamaha, for example, could offer a 500cc trail bike for the same money as you had to pay for the SP370. It was made in the US from 1978-1979.
