A 94.0mm bore x 94.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 589.0 cubic centimeters. Comparing the Suzuki SP 600 and DR 600S workshop manuals page for page reveals that the models are identical except for the SP has a vacuum type carburetor and the DR a slide type. The SP manual has also has a four page emissions section, other than that they are identical.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet, multiplate.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 100/80 -21 front tire and a 130/80 -17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single disc 280 mm in the front and a Drum in the rear. The wheelbase was 57.72 inches (1466 mm) long.
