Engine
The engine was a Air cooled cooled Oil injected two stroke, single cylinder, forward inclined, rotary disc valve, Suzuki CCI. The engine featured a 6.8:1 compression ratio.
Drive
Power was moderated via the Wet, multi-plate.
Chassis
It came with a 2.75 - 18 4PR front tire and a 3.00 - 18 4PR rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Drum, internal expanding in the front and a Drum, internal expanding in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic forks, coil spring, oil damped while the rear was equipped with a Swingarm, dual shocks, coil springs. The TC90 Blazer was fitted with a 6.0 L / 1.58 US gal / 1.32 Imp gal fuel tank. The bike weighed just 90 kg / 199 lbs. The wheelbase was 1194 mm / 47.0 in long.

Suzuki TC 90 Blazer
The TS90 also had a sister model, a trail version called TC90 Blazer with dual-range gearbox with eight speeds, luggage rack and higher mounted front mud guard that made the bike more suitable for terrain. The TC trail series were built from 90 to 250cc but the whole model series was discontinued in the seventies. The TS series was more successfull and some TS models are still being produced.
