You used to be able to buy high compression pistons and high lift cams for the CL 305. The kit went for about $30. You could find them in the back pages of just about any magazine like popular mechanic. | |||
It made them into screamers. They could pull the front tire off of the ground as high as you wanted merely by acceleration. They could run off and leave a 450 in the quarter mile. | |||
