::If you get a chance to eye-ball some Kawachem motor oil, can you check what API grade and/or JASO grade it is? I'm curious if their own oil meets those specs. In the U.S., requiring the use of OEM motor oil in order to maintain a warranty is strictly prohibited under the [http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/buspubs/warranty.htm#Magnuson-Moss Magnuson-Moss Act]. Quote:
:"Generally, tie-in sales provisions are not allowed. Such a provision would require a purchaser of the warranted product to buy an item or service from a particular company to use with the warranted product in order to be eligible to receive a remedy under the warranty."
