Tomos was a Yugoslavian and later Slovenian manufacturer of motorized bicycles, motorcycles and two-stroke engines, which was founded in 1954 in Sežana. After moving to Koper, the company's headquarters were at Šmarska cesta 4 in Koper.

Production program

Tomos' main products were bicycles with engines and motorcycles with an engine capacity of up to 50 cm3, but they also produced outboard two-stroke engines for vessels, pumps and stable engines. Their bike models with APN4 and APN6 engines are the most famous. Some Tomos outboards for boats have been in use along the eastern Adriatic coast for over 50 years. Between 1959 and 1972, they also assembled and sold Citroën cars for the then Yugoslav market.
