The Triumph Thunderbird Storm was a twin, four-stroke custom / cruiser motorcycle produced between 2009 and 2018. Max torque was 115.07 ft/lbs (156.0 Nm) @ 2950 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 95.88 HP (71.5 KW) @ 5200 RPM.

Engine

The engine was a liquid cooled twin, four-stroke. A 107.1mm bore x 94.3mm stroke result in a displacement of just 1699.0 cubic centimeters. The engine featured a 9.7:1 compression ratio. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. The final drive was via belt. Power was moderated via the wet. multi-plate.

Chassis

It came with a 120/70-r19 front tire and a 200/50-r17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc. nissin 4-piston fixed calipers. abs. in the front and a single disc. brembo 2-piston floating caliper. abs in the rear. The front suspension was a showa 47mm forks. while the rear was equiped with a showa chromed spring twin shocks with 5 position adjustable preload.. The Thunderbird Storm was fitted with a 5.81 Gallon (22.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 679.02 pounds (308.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 63.58 inches (1615 mm) long.
