==Engine==
The engine was a oil & [[air cooled]] air-cooled, 4-stroke, 50-degree V-Twin. A 101.6mm [[bore]] x 101.6mm [[stroke]] result in a [[displacement]] of just 1731.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).  

==Drive==
The bike has a gear transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.  

==Chassis==
It came with a 130/70 B18 front [[tire]] and a 180/55 B18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 300 mm floating rotor, 4-piston caliper in the front and a 300 mm floating rotor, 2-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a  43mm inverted cartridge telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a monoshock, preload adjustable. The Kingpin was fitted with a 4.5 Gallon (17.03 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 666.02 pounds (302.1 Kg). The wheelbase was 65.59 inches (1666 mm) long.

The House of Spirit Like have launched a new version of the Kingpin cruiser, especially addressed to those riders who want a firmer foothold on the ground when stopped, or have a smaller inseam and arm length, in the embodiment of the 2009 MY Victory Kingpin Low. It has new Stingray cast wheels, which are 13 pounds lighter, as well as a new headlight and LED tailight, as all other cruisers from Victory. Unlike the base model, the ergonomics have been changed, with a 2" pull back of the bars, a smaller, 25.2" seat height, as well as more rearward mounted foot pegs.
