The Victory Vision was first introduced as a concept at the 2005 Long Beach Motorcycle Show. It was show again in 2006 as two prototypes of a forthcoming production model. The 2006 prototypes had given up the original concept's many user-friendly technologies. The new prototypes and later production model can best be described as Road King meets Goldwing. Many of the details of are TBA. The engine is expected to be at least as large as the 100 cubic inch (1634cc) Hammer and up to as large as two liters (making it competition of Kawasaki's Vulcan 2000). It is expected to arrive in dealerships around October of 2007 at a price of around $17,000 that should undercut the Harley FLH.
