The '''[[Yamaha]] XVS650A DragStar Classic''' was a v2, [[four-stroke]] Sidecar [[motorcycle]] produced by [[Yamaha]] between 1997 and 2007. It could reach a top speed of 90 mph (145 km/h). Max [[torque]] was 36.95 ft/lbs (50.1 Nm) @ 5100 RPM. Claimed [[horsepower]] was 38.62 HP (28.8 KW) @ 6500 RPM.

The engine was a [[air cooled]] v2, four-stroke. A 81.0mm [[bore]] x 63.0mm [[stroke]] result in a [[displacement]] of just 649.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).  

==Drive==
The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet, multiple disc.  

==Chassis==
It came with a 160/90-(16 front [[tire]] and a 170/80-m15 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a  telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a swingarm (monocross). The XVS650A DragStar Classic was fitted with a 4.23 Gallon (16.00 Liters) fuel tank.
