The Yamaha FS 1 DX Fizzy was a single cylinder, two-stroke standard produced by Yamaha in 1979. It could reach a top speed of 28 mph (45 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 3.89 HP (2.9 KW) @ 6500 RPM.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. Fuel was supplied via a rotary valves.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 4-speed transmission.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a damped fork while the rear was equipped with a twin shock. The FS 1 DX Fizzy was fitted with a 2.91 Gallon (11.00 Liters) fuel tank.
