The engine was a Liquid cooled, cooled Four stroke, 60° V-twin cylinder SOHC, 4-valve. The engine featured a 9.5:1 compression ratio.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 130/90-16 front tire and a 170/70-16 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 2x 298mm discs in the front and a Single 282mm disc in the rear. The front suspension was a 41mm telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a Adjustable link Monocross. The XVS1300V Star Dark Limited Editions was fitted with a 18.5 Liters / 4.8 US gal fuel tank. The bike weighed just 290 kg / 666.6 lbs. The wheelbase was 1690 mm / 66.5 in long.
