Zero SR/F
Our philosophy, add nothing to the machine unless it enhances the experience. The Z-Force® motor features a single moving part, no messy fluids, no clutch, and no transmission. Charge. Start every day at 100%. All Zero motorcycles feature a direct drive, maintenance-free powertrain. As an incredibly efficient system, direct drive channels power directly from the motor to the rear wheel via a strong and silent, constant tension belt. Not only does direct drive minimize friction loss by eliminating clutches and gears, but it also helps eliminate the need for routine powertrain maintenance and reduces the weight of the motorcycle.
The SR/F delivers 140 ft-lbs of torque and 110 horsepower with the simple
twist of a throttle thanks to the class-leading performance and efficiency of
Zeros new ZF75-10 motor and ZF14.4 lithium-ion battery.
The ZF14.4 lithium-ion battery makes the SR/F capable of a 200-mile maximum
range. The batterys industry-leading power and energy density combined
with an aluminum heat-sink housing and thermal transfer interface ensure
consistent cell cooling and maximum long-term powertrain performance.
The SR/F, equipped with Zeros Cypher III operating system and Boschs
Motorcycle Stability Control (MSC), is equal parts brawn and brains. Effortless
power is paired with intuitive control, creating the new standard for premium
performancean adaptable motorcycle and powertrain combination that navigates
diverse road terrain and conditions, effortlessly.
The SR/F is the worlds first fully smart motorcycle. Cypher III, a
customizable dash and Zeros next-generation app allow rider and motorcycle to
communicate critical information anytime, anywhere.
Two SR/F models will be available: the SR/F and SR/F Premium. The Premium model features 6kW Level 2 charger, heated grips, a fly screen, and aluminum bar ends. Source
