The Zero SR ZF12.5-POWER TANK was a Z-Force 75-7R passively air-cooled, high efficiency, radial flux, permanent high-temp magnet, brushless motor Supermotard motorcycle produced by Zero in 2015. Claimed horsepower was 67.05 HP (50.0 KW) @ 4000 RPM.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a Direct drive transmission. Power was moderated via the Clutchless.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 110/70-17 front tire and a 140/70-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Double discs 320mm in the front and a Single disc 240mm in the rear. The front suspension was a Showa 41 mm inverted cartridge forks while the rear was equipped with a Showa 40 mm piston, piggy-back reservoir shock with adjustable spring preload. The wheelbase was 55.51 inches (1410 mm) long.

2015 Zero SR ZF12.5-POWER TANK[edit | edit source]

This model has new tank technology. The Z-Force Power Tank adds 2.8 kWh of power pack storage capacity to any 2015 Zero S or Zero SR. An optional accessory, the Power Tank can be added at any time during or after motorcycle purchase, bringing the maximum battery capacity to 15.3 kWh. With that much energy, you can expect to travel up to 185 miles in the city or 94 miles on the highway.
